Below, a figurine of Hathor, from the Hathor temple at Serabit el-Khadim in the southern Sinai, which resembles in form a number of Asiatic fertility goddesses found in Syria, Phoenicia and Canaan in the Late Bronze Age, ca. 1560-1200 BCE.
